Default Access 2002 & Windows Print Services issue

Team:

I inherited legacy .mdb which doesn't print when using WIN Print SVCS. We are migrating from Novell print services.

I was able to print from guest PC using WIN Print SVCS. I refreshed printer properties doing >
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;294555
This was a fluke.

I was unable to duplicate efforts on user's PC.

Any suggestions?

Default

Start > Settings > Printers & faxes
Right click problem printer > Printing preferences
Paper/quality tab > Paper type

Paper type can't be 'unspecified.'
This is similar to 'object doesn't exist' issue.
Specify plain or other.
