Default Upgrade Access 2000 format to Access 2003

Hello, I have a problem with my Access 2003. I implemented an Access Application and need to do some security but when I tried use this option I received a massage informs me that I have use an Access 2000 Format I don't know how can I change this because as far as I know I implemented this App. with Access 2003 but it has the title says "Name of Application", 2000 Format

Any guide?

While the database is open, go to TOOLS > DATABASE UTILITIES > CONVERT DATABASE and select the 2002-2003 version.
