Default

Delete the records from each table, (open the table, ctrl a, Delete). Depending on how you defined table relationships and cascade deletes, you may need to delete in a particular order. Then compact the database from the tools menu and the autonumbers will be reset. In the future or even the next time for this database, make a file copy of the emptied database and just copy that copy over the 'used' copy.
