I am running a Windows 2000 Terminal Server and have Access 2000 loaded on it. Everything works fine as long as I am logged in as a user that has administrator privileges on the server. If I log in with any other user I can open Access and open a database but if I try to open a table I get this error: "An Error occured and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Please Contact your system administrator"
I see that message twice then I get this message: "Selected Collating Sequence not supported by the operating system"
I get this with any DB I try to use.
However, I can add the same user to the Administrator group on the server, log in again and everything works fine.
It seems it is a security issue on the server.

Anyone have any ideas

I have searched and found a few similar problems but none of the fixes work.
Update: I have tried re-installing Office 2000 Pro on the terminal server using the instructions I found on Technet but still have the same issue. I can't find anything about this issue. Anyone running Access 2000 on a Windows 2000 Terminal Server?
