Default Screen Flicker

This isn't a major problem, but if anyone could rid me of this, it would be nice. :D

I have macros that create custom toolbars. When Access XP first kicks in, its default menus are present for a split second. Then they disappear and my customs ones replace them. During that very brief time period, the screen flickers as the menus are swapped. The same thing happens when I enter a new form, and also when I exit back to the Switchboard.

This flickering is quite noticeable. Am I stuck with this behavior is or there something I can set that will eliminate it?

Does this issue occur just with your PC? Try to see if you can reproduce the same on another computer. It may be related to your graphic card or defaults operating system colors.
