Default newbie needs help w/code

I have a billing address tab abd a shipping address tab.
there is a checkbox on the billing tab that say check if shipping address is the same. ( two tabs; two different tables)
how can I link the data

If you have a field name such as customerID on both tables create a one to many relationship. then create a query with both tables.
