I have a basic question regarding field definitions. I know if you use a text field you are limited to 255 characters and if you use a memo field you are limited to 65,000+. In the table, all information entered by the user is shown but when I run a query or put the field in a report it is limited to 255 characters.

I can seem to find a way around this.

Check you have expanded the memo field on your report to show your entire text
