Default OnMouseOut for definitions of names. Possible?

I have a database table on the Bible and another DB table on biblical names. I could probably be able to join the table into the other database. But is it possible to have OnMouseOut or OnMouseOver and have the definition of the word come out in those small yellow rectangles?

If so how?

try withing the mouse listener(event listener) to make the query (prepared statement is the best solution here) and print the result in that small yellow rectangle

Hope this help
