access unexpectedly quit message

I have imported all tables forms qrys etc from an access 95 data base into access 2k. Put it on the network - when users close it down and re-open all users get "... The database needs to be repaired or isnt a data base..." ".....you or another user may have unexpectedly quit Microsoft Access while a Microsoft Access database was open. Do you want Microsoft Access to attempt to repair the database?"

Anyone know how I can solve this one
