Default Datasheet ColumnOrder

Hi,

Is there any way to reset Column Order in Access form when using the datasheet view.

Where the current order is stored/saved?

Thanks in advance

The column order in datasheet view depends on two things. Which one supercedes the other is a mystery to me because I've seen mine come up both ways.

The default order of the fields is that in which your fields are in your form in design view. That's how they'll show up in the datasheet view. If you change the order here, it'll change the order in the datasheet view.

You can also reorder them in datasheet view simply by clicking and draging the column to the desired spot. However SOMETIMES they stick and SOMETIMES they reset back to the order they are in the design view.

To be sure, order them in the form's design view.
