Default moving an active .mdb to the system tray

Does anyone know how to move an active database, utilizing modal forms, to the system tray? I don't have the developers kit, so when I create a system, I use modal forms so the user isn't able to modify anything. But I want to be able to minimize it to the system tray because of some timer functions.

Thanks,

Kevin
