Default *student* in need of help

hi everyone!

i am currently a student in the UK. For one of my projects i need to show a example of a working database.

the example i tried to download and show does not work? it is -

Beginning Active Server Pages 3.0 chapter 15.

i have downloaded it ok but the pages seem to not work and have incorrect code, and it does not function right!

as i am new to programming i would be very greatful if some one can give me a working one with no errors!

what exactly do you need? only the MS Access database? There are some working samples comming with the installation of Access(Northwind.mdb should be somewhere in the Access directory) Or do you need a sample of a working asp site running off a server? or one running on localhost?
In addition what is the error you are getting?
What do you try to do?

... there is always more to learn...

WHy would your instructor ask you to show a working example of a database unless it was one you had created yourself?

Access has database wizards with many examples of databases. Just start a new database wizard and create one. Select to add sample data, and your work is done.

You can also go to the Microsoft Office web site and download tons of Access templates (sample databases).
