If I bought a student version of studio MX and want to get a version that I can make money from can I upgrade to 2004 or do I have to get the full version?

What is the difference between:

http://www.buy.com/retail/product.as...0&loc=105&sp=1
and
http://www.buy.com/retail/product.as...6&loc=105&sp=1
(besides the price)
