HI guys . I have a database that i want to create a maintenace form for it.
I need some help and suggestons on how to design such form since the table hours worked is
related to other tables as well. i want to know what fields should be textbox or drop down box.Furthermore,
 i do not know if i need to use form and sub form or not ? The
whole idea of this form is to allow me input hours worked by perticuler employee on perticule task on perticule date.
I be happy if some expert form designer give me some guide lines on how to build this form.Thanks

Perhaps you can take a look at the Service Call Management template in Access, or look at Office Online for templates. I am sure there are plenty of free solutions already developed that you would just need to tweak a bit.
