Default Setting Dates in Reports

Hi All
I am trying to set dates for a report.I am using a query between dates but it does not work unless specific dates are chosen.Has anybody any ideas

In your query, if you use this syntax, it should work. For example, for a date in this fiscal quarter.

Between #1/4/2006# And #30/6/2006#

You're in Ireland. Am I right in assuming you use dd/mm/yyyy format and not mm/dd/yyyy format like in the USA?
