Default Generating notification letter

Hello, I desire a function which will enable me to mail people whose membership has expired. Would it be possible to create a generic letter, e.g. info telling people to renew and their addresses at the top right. From a query that is run the companies details would map into a separate letter. Is this possible folks ? Thanks again for your time

Ruman,
Probably the simplist thing to do would be to create your "letter" to expired members as an Access report. Then populate the report with a query that contains the name, address, etc. of those whose membership has expired (within a period of time).

(I don't understand why you would want the "companies details" on another letter? Do you mean letterhead?)

HTH,
Loralee
