Help !

I have just finished creating a database using lots of VBA & RunSQL commands. It works, but I am still a novice (at best).

A very strange thing has occured with all the other databases I try to use & any new ones I try to create.

When I begin a new database (without any forms) I keep getting an error message when I try to go from design view to form view I get a message that says 'The form name "Add_Edit_TrainingsTitleSubform' is misspelled or refers to a form that doesn't exist'

The fact is it doesn't exist because it was a form in the other database I completed. There are no other forms!

I'm sure that somehow I set a reference of pointer in the last database I created, but where is it? How do I get rid of it?
How do I save my sanity?

In cases like this, I use Speed Ferret (http://www.speedferret.com/) which allows you to search for an object name and see exactly where it is being referenced, and then delete the reference.
