Hi All,

I am totally stuck up with excel files, can any one help me either of following

1)Copying excel file from one location to another , I am able to copy text files but excel is not copying in a proper format

2)If I try to insert data from DataGrid into excel file , it starts entering from last appended location , I am neither able to delete earlier records nor insert from the start location ( or update earlier records you can say)

3) How I can do validation like in web forms?
