Default windows not fitting


 I have give the startup --> From Display --> an from..
when i opening the database the from getting open but the from windows is not fitting with my monitor .it looks ugly to get the DB in intranet please give me some idea..

You need to either shrink the size of the forms or increase your monitor's resolution.

If you want the form maximized to fiull the screen use:

Docmd.Maximize

in the form's on load event.
