Hi All Please help me,

I have two more problems.

I have a tabular form, with the fields are:

Employers, Test, Employer_Building, Employer_Site

Rod Junit 1 a
Pradeep WinRunner 2 b
Reddy Junit 1 b
Vincent Junit 8 c
George WinRunner 4 a
Kate Junit 1 a
Chris WinRunner 1 a

when I want to search records. ie.

   I want to find how many Employers testing the Junit.
   and like wise other tests.
   I want that if 5 employers are doing Junit that should show up 5 records in the Tabular form
   If its 20 should show 20 in tabular form.
   Any idea...please




Any input will be greatly helpful..please....

create a seperate query that groups and counts the number of tests by type.

Then create a query that uses that query along with the table and add an additional field that includes the count.
