Update Outlook contacts from Access
Hi
I am running Access 2003 on Windows XP. I have a Membership database from which I successfully exported contacts to Outlook. Membership info changes with moves and marriage. At present when that happens, I must update the Access table, the Outlook contacts and my web address book. Chapter 13 of Microsoft Access Application Development discusses creating NEW contacts but not not automating the update of current contacts.
Is there a way that I can automate this process from within my Member update form? When I created a contacts table with the table linker, I got a copy of my Outlook contacts file in a new table. I had hoped I could map the Member source fields to the Outlook data.
