Are the tables related, and if so, how?
Generally you bind a form to one table, and sub tables in subforms. You generally wouldn't have three unrelated tables in a single form, although you can do this. You would want to update records programatically, and the code would be very top heavy. Lots of processing every time you clicked a button. Also, no record selectors unless you bound to a main table. But that would be confusing to your users.
