Default Import Automation within Access similar to SQL DTS

I am trying to see if it is possible to schedule a certain time each day where several of my Access databases will perform there import process automatically, similar to how you can do with SQL DTS.

This is probably a stretch but does anyone know how this is possible, other than the ON TIMER event which would require me to leave all of the databases open.

Thanks,

Hiya,

Do this with a VBScript that runs in memory on some desktop. Can you set something up like this? You can have the script move the data instead of the Access database.

What two database systems are you using? I can help set up the code.
