Default Sliding Bar

How do you put a slider bar on a Field in a form? Is it a list Box?

With the form in design view, click on More Controls, and see what you have there. If there is nothing there, you may have to buy an add-in. This can be problematic if you are distributing the app since the next user may not suppor the control you put in and will get a blank activex control. I stay away from them unless straight programming an interface with VB.
