Have recently recvd winzip file containing Access 2000 .mdb but my pc is not letting me open this file.

My own PC also operates on Office Access 2000 Windows XP so there is no issue with different systems or versions however, every time the file is sent through a small blue lock appears on the rh corner of the file icon and I recv a Microsoft Windows warning - "Windows found that this file was potentially harmful. To help protect your computer, windows has blocked access to this file.

There is no worry over this file being bugged as an earlier cd version in the same format was loaded only the other day and this worked fine.

Can anyone offer a solution as to why my pc does not seem to like this file when it is sent via the net and opened under Outlook Express 7.0.

What are some of the features in the database? If it does things like recurse folders, then it won't like it. Outlook has identified harmful signatures. Perhaps have the sender send it through another email package, and good luck. =)
