Its like this.....

I have a list of products:

Let us assume my list includes 4 products:

Strawberry Jam
Raspberry Jam
Marmalade
Honey

Each day I register the sales from these articles.

Let us assume that on each day, there are articles that were not sold. Is it possible to create a report that lists the articles that were NOT sold for each day, without having to register 0 (zero) sales in the form for that article?

Yes.

Create a query (Call it qryProductList)on the product table that has these names in it only:

Strawberry Jam
Raspberry Jam
Marmalade
Honey

Then create a Find UnMatched Query using the wizard to find where items in the qryProductList are unmatched on the Sales table.

You will have to create the query first using the wizard, and then add parameters to it.

So if you have a form that has a date picker or combo box (based on sales dates) then add that column to your unmatched query, and then put this in the Criteria Line:

[Forms]![frmSalesReport].[cboDateCombo]

This will find unmatched products from the sales table for that day.
