Default Access 2007 Ribbon button link to .chm

I am trying to link a "Help" button on my custom ribbon to my custom help. So that when a user clicks help it opens the the custom help I have created. I have the application opening to the appropriate topic when F1 is suppressed within the application. Just the Help button I cannot get it to work. Any suggestions? thank you.
