If you want to use a form that does not open the database, you can either use VB.NET, or create an HTA using vbscript. These forms will interact with the database without opening it on screen. Alternatively you can create and Access web page using asp or aspx.

I don't think you can call a form that is in an MDB without opening it. I think even if you open it hidden, it will also hide the form you want to use.

Did any of that help?

Thanks for your response.

can you send the steps / procedure to use VB.NET with the access tables ?
how can connect / open the the access form using VB.NET ?
or you can send HTA vbscript / steps ?

(Right now, we don't have / installed intranet at our server. we could not use asp or aspx with
access tables)

Thanks and regards
