I converted a MS Access Database, from 97 to XP - everything seemed to work alright (several users use this database) and for most people, the database is working fine.

Expect for one person, who when she is logged in on her machine (using only her login ((when I am logged in on her machine, it works fine!)) - the conversion of

acpreview

to

acviewpreview

is throwing up an error.

As I say, it is only with this one user, on one machine, but she is able to run the database without errors on other machines!

Any suggestions please?

I would try applying all the Office updates to that machine. Even though it seems to be user specific there, it is the only common denomenator.

I will give that a go this morning and let you know how I got on this afternoon - although, I do think that all the Office Updates have been applied on all machines, this one may have been missed.

The error is 2213 - Problem with the printer settings - I know this is because we are doing a print preview.

Ah. You might also try changing the default printer to one that works for others if that is an option, and updating the printer driver on the affected machine if that is pertinent as well.

Access is plagued by little driver problems when it comes to output.

Thank you for the continued input, but this is a VERY strange one, they are all on the same printer, with the same service pack (3) and same drivers for the printer.

Its a nightmare!
