I don't think you're understanding my point.
Long memo fields (i.e. messages to users) are not something you put in a listbox or combobox. Listboxes and comboboxes are used for people to select a UNIQUE and SHORT phrase. When that happens, you can then make the form do something like look up a large memo field and display its contents. But you don't put the entire memo field's contents in a listbox/combobox.
