Hi all!
I've got an Access 2007 front end with links to a SQL Server db. I can open the links and view the data fine.
In code, when I open a recordset, everything is also fine, I can read through the records. When I try to update, I get nothing. No error message, nothing. The routine just stops, exits the sub and that's it. I've put message boxes at each line. As soon as I hit the "With RS" statement, out it goes.

Any ideas?

I'm using Windows authentication, and I've checked with my Network guys and they don't know.

I added a msgbox within the "With RS" and get the error 3146 - ODBC connection failed. The error description tells me that the network is unavailable, but if I can read the data using the same connection, why can't I update it?
