Default 'AOIndex' is not an index in this table

Hi,
i am trying to open two of my MS Access files and i get the error message:

'AOIndex' is not an index in this table.

Can anyone help me try to resolve this problem.

Do you get the same error when you open the db while holding down a <SHIFT> key?
