Default Package and Sign not working

I was able to request and install and Code Signing Certificate from our internal network certificate services.

When I go to Publish > Package and Sign, I see the certificate I want to use, it expires in 2009. When I look at the details of the certificate, it says that it is OK. However, when I attempt to Package and Sign the database, I get an error that reads:

Microsoft Access Could not sign the current database. Ensure that the digital certificate used to sign the database is valid.

I have done all that I can to troubleshoot this problem. I need to distribute this database to several users and the system is macro based. I cannot get past the login screen without running macros! Can someone please help!

Thanks,
Melissa

Default

I determined that the setup was incorrect on my certificate servers. I had delegated control to another server from my DNS and that was not properly working. Once I got that working correctly, the standard Access Package and Sign works like a dream.

Thanks,
Melissa
