Ringo - For you, I would definitely recommend the Access 2010 24-Hour Trainer, it is great for beginners to intermediate users of Microsoft Access 2010, and it has DVD videos for each lesson, showing you how to complete each task.

Also, I would mention that there is tons of free online Access training available at Microsoft Office Online. And I hope that helps answer your questions, but please let me know if I can do anything else to help!
