Default Create Access 2003 Database file (.mdb) using VB6.0

am developing a VB 6.0 application that uses Ms-Access 2003 as backend. I want create access 2003 database file (.mdb) if does not exist there.
I can create only access 2000 database file does not access 2003 database (.mdb) file
