Default Which database connection to use?

I'm using an oracle database w/ my .net 2 and VS2005 websites/projects.

My question is: what sqldatabase connection type (provider) should I be using to make the most of the VS2005 tools?
- .net framework provider for for OLE DB
- .net framework provider for for ORACLE
- .net framework provider for for ODBC

If I use OLE DB, which provider should I then use: oracle provider for ole db or microsoft for oracle...

Also - anyone know if its possible to use the gui for selecting fields from table(s) (using the checkboxes to view the table schema) rather than the manually entered sql statement?

Thanks.
