Default __initError__ is not an object

I'm playing with zXml 1.0 (I'm new to Ajax).

I got it working great in FireFox - but running it in Safari gives me the following error:
Value Undefined (result of expression oXmlDom.__initError__) is not object.

Any ideas that would cause this?

I'm also having the same issue when testing in Opera. I have no problems in IE or Firefox. Has anyone found a solution to this?
