Why we need to incorporate Ajax with ASP.NET?...since .net gives server control and can do server operatin synchronly...or if AJAX is success then is server control are dead???

We CAN'T avoid problems, but can solve it.

Because Ajax enables partial refreshes of page, i.e. you can retrieve data in the background and only update the part of the page that is needed. This is quicker and gives a better user experience than the whole page being posted and reloaded.
