Default script manager

hi
i am using nesterd master pages in my project.in parent master page i am using Modal popup for some

functionality. in nested master page in am using Accordian control of Ajax.
for both these i am using one script manager in parent master page.
i applied web parts in my page which is perfectly working as standalone page where i am also using

AJAX so that page should not be refereshed on droping of webparts. but when i inserted it in master

page it shows me error of script manager. now i inserted script manager one by one on all three

places . no solution. i also used proxy no solution. either web parts work or either Accordian and

modal pop works.
one more modicication i did into this is when i finish my web parts page it was perfectly working

with IE but not in firefox so i used Microsoft.Web.Atlas assembly to work it in firefox
please help
