Commerce server 2002 startup problem

Hi

Can anybody help me plz?? It's very very urgent!!!!!!!!!!
I have installed visual studio and commerce server 2002.
when i am trying to create project using commerce project (in visual studio .net) it is giving me error as "Default.js or default.vbs not found in ........" and I am not able to proceed!!!!!!!!!
