Default Pls help:breaking my language words into its phone

Can you please help me with a tiny program that will break my language words into phonemes [as the output file looks i.e phonemes.doc], after reading those words from a certain file [words.doc].The manner in which it should break those words is done with reference (or looking up) to the monophones file [ monophone.doc].

That is the word: sekgololo should be broken like this:
             sekgololo s e kg o l o l o
