Create a new Access database file and select Access Project (.adp) This will allow you a front end tool for your MSDE database. Access 2000 will even let you manage the security from the Access adp. You can also view/create database diagrams and relationships.

If you use a mdb, you will not be able to change the relationships of the MSDE database.

Hi,

I have created database with 2 tables in MSDE using Access 2002 as the front end for MSDE. But still don't know how do I create relationship between my tables ?
I read this article it says click on Design Diagram and then click on "new", but when I click on "new", I get this error "Microsoft Access has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Thanks
