Default what reload do in Tomcat Web Application Manager

From my hosting company I have been :(provided a panel [mysitename/manager/list].
In this panel page I have four Applications with three items
/_ start stop reload remove
/manager_ [start stop reload remove]no access on it
/wa_ start stop reload remove
I know in /_ if I click stop and start myapplication starts or stops.
What is the purpose of reload button.
That is If I click this button what happened
