Default Sending Anonymous emails using CDO?

Hello,

We have to send emails via our application. if we use outlook object, we get the popup from outlook to send emails. To avoid that, we thouhgt of using CDO. but it requires authentication from the exchange/smtp server. The email should be sent from the user who logs into the application. For this the authentication is not possible. So it is possible to send email anonymously using CDO?

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks in advance

Best Regards
Karthik K
