Default Auto Form Post

I have a test link setup at:

http://app.e2ma.net/app/view:Join/signupId:4423

I need a script that will autopost information in that form, and then submit automatically as well.

e.g.
user goes to my website, and then clicks a button and info is passed to the above link, and the form on the above link is automatically submitted.

Is there any easy way to do this? Thanks in advance.

-Ryan
