Default Error while trying to debug

How to resolve this error?

"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the webserver.Server side-error occured on sending debug HTTP request."

My Web.config is perfectly fine and I started getting this error. Never edited the Web.config that was created with project. What changes are you making to the Machine.config file at the processModel tag to make this error go away?
