Default ASP.NET using Crytsal Reports printing nightmare

Hi guys,

I have a simple web app that encorporates a simple
Crystal report. It all works fine. I can print the report
  to any local printer BUT...

my problem is if I try to print to any other networked printer.

My webserver has all of the network printers added. Under
its system.drawing object I can see all of the printer names
  on the network.

But when I come to print to any networked printer - I get various
errors but more often than not its 'Request cancelled by user'.

Can some kindly sole tell me how to overcome or do I need to
do a 'kludge' and export to Word of PDF format and print from
there? I understand that there are some printing issues with
  Crystal reports under ASP.NET ?

  Cheers muchly
  Chas.
