Default Code Builder Wizard in ASP.Net Web Matrix

I tried emailing support@wrox.com, however I got an message
"DELIVERY FAILURE: Recipient user name support (support@wrox.com) not unique. Several matches found in Domino Directory."

So I will try the forum. I hope you all can help me out.

Here is my problem:

I am trying to find the Code Builder tab in the toolbox in Web Matrix.

book title: "David Sussman's Beginning Dynamic Websites with ASP.NET Web Matrix"
last four digits of ISBN: 7922
Pg #: 32

I downloaded WM from the http://asp.net/Default.aspx?tabindex=0&tabid=1 website not from the CD included in the book. I think this is a newer version, since the some of the menus are in different places on the interface than listed in the book. For example, "Workspace" is no longer listed on the top horizontal toolbar as listed on page: 31.

Could you tell me where Code Builder Wizard is located? It is not on the toolbar. I only have "HTML Elements", "Web Controls", "Custom Controls" and "My Snippets" tabs listed in the toolbox.

Do I need to uninstall the WM I downloaded from the web and use the one included on the CD in the book in order to get the Code Builder? Which WM is the most recent?
