Default Beginning Dyanamic Websites w/ASP.NET Web Matrix

I have the book David Sussman "Beginning Dynamic Websites w/ASP.NET Web Matrix" - ISBN I-86100-792-2. I am looking for the dice images supposedly residing in the "Samples" folder according to page 66 (for snake eyes game). I downloaded the WM files from the CD, however, I don't see any folder named "SAMPLES". Where is it? Is Colt Kwong out there? He co-authored this book w/CD.

THanks much!
