localstart.asp error

Hi, i just installed IIS 5.0 from Win2k
Proffesional and when i type http://localhost
on ie browser i get errors:

HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error
Internet Information Services

Error Type:
(0x80040111)
ClassFactory cannot supply requested class
/localstart.asp, line 26

i couldnt find any solution about that problem
on the internet. do you have any ideas?
